After experiencing a traumatic event, I sought guidance from Liana, an experienced facilitator known for her innovative healing modalities. Stuck in cultural norms that restricted my sense of freedom, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and liberation. Through a personalized one-on-one retreat and a structured program with Liana, I explored various holistic practices that helped uncover the root causes of my traumas. This deep exploration not only facilitated healing but also sparked a profound spiritual awakening, allowing me to connect with my inner self. Following the retreat, I embraced the process of integration, which played a crucial role in my continued healing. I began to break free from societal expectations that equated educational attainment with success. Embracing a new path, i have became a certified Ayurvedic facial practitioner and completed Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki training. I will be pursuing certification as a sound healer, with the aspiration of facilitating transformative retreats both in the UK and internationally. This journey has been nothing short of liberating, leading me to fulfill my soul's calling. I remain profoundly grateful to Liana, my mentor and my spiritual guide, for illuminating the path toward self-discovery and empowerment.

The influence this training has had on me serves as a continual reminder that I can be who I am and don't have to follow anybody else's rules of behaviour. I've grown a lot this year, especially, and I don't see any end in sight, which is exactly how I want it.
